1 10.5 oz. package silken Soft tofu1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard1/8 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves2 teaspoons olive oilpepper to taste1 tablespoon lemon juice1/4 teaspoon fresh Thyme1 clove garlic, minced1/4 teaspoon salt

| Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until satin smooth.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
